Executive Director
Meet Miss Monica!
Monica is the Executive Director here at The Vineyard Schools. She grew up in East Brunswick, NJ and went on to study Education at Rutgers University. She continued on to receive her Master’s Degree from the Rutgers Graduate School of Education and has her certificate for Elementary Education as well as Math and Science. Upon graduating, Monica taught in the public school system for 8 years.
The desire to share Christianity through her teaching led to the mission of starting a school that is founded upon the values in the Bible. She always had a passion for children. Growing up, she volunteered at the Summer Camp program and Sunday School program at her church all the way through completing her college degree. Monica and her husband, Sam, continue to volunteer together at their church.
Statement of Faith
We believe in God the Father, the Creator of all things; in Jesus Christ, His Son, our Savior and guide; and in the Holy Spirit, who empowers and nurtures our hearts, leading us in faith, love, and purpose. This belief shapes every part of our school community, guiding how we teach, learn, and grow together.
We believe in one God, the Holy Trinity; The Father, The Son, and the Holy Spirit.
We believe that our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, is the only-begotten Son of God, existent before all ages.
We believe that He was born from Virgin Mary and became man.
We believe that through His death and resurrection, we receive salvation.
We believe in the resurrection of the dead, and the life of the coming age.

Use inexpensive or free curricula because it is not mandated by state for private schools to follow a certain curriculum.
Hire care-takers and babysitters as head teachers since there is no regulation to have certified elementary education professionals in each classroom.
Provide basic lunches
What WE do

Purchase the state-approved academic curriculum to keep our educational standards high.
